5. Payment Terms

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. All payments are processed in accordance with Stripe's terms and conditions.

Fees and Charges

  • Platform fees are clearly displayed before project confirmation
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Payment disputes are handled through our dispute resolution process
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
